Privacy policy

Browsing this site generates no collection of personal data: there is no sign-up, no login, no analytics and no tracking. There is one exception, and this page is about it: the “Tell me more” form, which you fill in when you want the network team to contact you.

This text covers the public website. The terms of the application, and how the data of people who sign up is handled, are still under legal review.

What the form collects

The “Tell me more” form asks for your name, email and WhatsApp number, accepts a city and state (both optional) and a description of your backyard. That free text reaches the team exactly as you wrote it, so put in it only what you want us to read. Filling it in is voluntary: the whole site works without you sending anything.

What we use it for

One thing only: so that someone from the network team can talk to you about your backyard, over WhatsApp or at the email address you left. We send no newsletter, we do not use these details for advertising, and we neither pass them on nor sell them to anyone. The legal basis is your consent, given when you send the form.

Where it is kept

In a Postgres database hosted on Supabase, the same one behind the application. Only the people who administer the platform can read the entries: the public key this site uses may write and may not read, so the list of people who contacted the network is out of reach of anyone visiting the site.

For how long

An entry stays in the queue until the conversation is over and then moves to the archive, which the team keeps for up to two years as a record of who approached the network. After that it is deleted — and sooner, if you ask us to.

How to ask for deletion

Write to contato@negociodequintal.com telling us the email address you used in the form. We delete the record from the database and confirm it to you. You do not have to give a reason, and it does not depend on your having an account in the application.

Fonts and images

Typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a third party, so reading these pages does not fire an external request capable of identifying you. Images are served from here as well.

Server logs

The hosting provider, Vercel, keeps technical access logs such as IP address and timestamp for as long as it needs them to run and protect the service. That processing belongs to the host, not to this site.

The application is separate

The application at app.negociodequintal.com has sign-up, login and data about your backyard. How that data is handled is described in the conditions accepted at sign-up and is not covered by this page.

Your rights

Brazilian data protection law gives you the right to know what data exists about you, to correct it, to take it elsewhere, to ask for its deletion and to withdraw the consent you gave when sending the form. To exercise any of those, write to contato@negociodequintal.com.
